We customize the parts of the equipment used in the semiconductor process and display process.
The product made this time is a tungsten reflector and we processed it using high purity tungsten.
Reflectors are mainly used as light reflectors for automobile lamps and photographs.
The role of reflecting light and waves is also required for equipment used in
semiconductor processes and display processes.
We had to make a tungsten plate cut in the form of a ring according to the figures of the design.
In order to do so, it must be heat-treated.
After heat treatment, it discolors as shown in the image.
The heat of the product does not return to its original color just because it cools down.
In this case, the tungsten is returned to its original color through chemical treatment.
It is in the form of a ring, but it is not connected to both curved ends in the form of R.
So the welding process was omitted.
There was a cap with a similar product, and the cap made a cylindrical model by connecting both ends with a laser.
In this way, a simple high-purity tungsten reflector was completed and
shipped through safety packaging to prevent scratches and damage.
